Music Theory

This musical theory is structured around the ABRSM Grade 1 syllabus, expanded into fifteen progressive units. 

 

Each unit builds logically on the previous one, beginning with note values and time signatures, and advancing step by step through clefs, intervals, scales and harmonic structures foundational concepts, the method emphasizes active listening, rhythmic training, and real-world musical examples.

 

By the end of the fifteen units, students have a complete, structured understanding that prepares them for more advanced study and confident application in their musical pursuits.
